What can I expect while engaging in grief counseling with you?
Great question! I respect and applaud you for asking! My commitment is to guide you toward a life in which you are no longer tired yet refreshed and energized. A life that allows you to continue your life while remembering and feeling connected to your deceased loved one. I am committed to creating a safe place for you to honor your grief journey as we work together.
My Approach
how i show up
Throughout the process, I create a safe and welcoming atmosphere; one that allows you to explore and live out what honoring your grief journey means for you. I meet you where you're at in your process giving you the comfort to move at a pace that feels true to you. I will challenge you when appropriate and after rapport has been built. However, you always have the right to say no if you're not ready for that challenge.

This is the part of your grief journey where I guide you in identifying how you can stay connected to your deceased loved one.
How does the process work?

You are welcome to first engage in a FREE phone consultation (20-30 minutes) so you can ask any questions about me or the grief counseling process.
book your intake session
Your intake session will be a space to tell your story, and identify what you’re hoping to work on while in grief counseling. Together, we’ll determine what your grief counseling journey will look like moving forward.
Intake Session Fee: $ 175
explore and honor your grief
Depending on what we determine is best for you, you will engage in weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute sessions where we’ll make meaning of your loss, and establish an ongoing relationship with your deceased loved one.
50-minute Session Fee: $150
